I read about this a while ago but this is the first article I saw that had AgriMed mentioned by name in association with a “management services agreement”. In Pennsylvania the law says that an individual business cannot hold more than 5 retail marijuana licenses which gives that business the opportunity to have operations in 3 locations. Harvest apparently set up 7 LLCs to get 21 locations for dispensaries. Technically it’s legal if they’re all run independently. But we’ll see how this shakes out. Hopefully the deals go through since I like how it was worded “management service agreement.” Harvest is going gangbusters to achieve dominance in the US market if we can be or are part of that, it bodes well for us!
