However they received 2M more NGIO shares (5.5M instead of 3.5M). Actually I think the difference is more than that. I assumed Veneto was getting 1.5M shares of NGIO which was 1/4 of the 6M GNBT shares that original $15M was renegotiated into. So now they are getting 5.5M. Well 2M shares of NGIO, using a listing price of $5/share, is $10M. And if I say it is 3.5M shares more, then its $17.5M. So did they/we really save $15M on the Veneto deal?
