I have not had time to read it word for word yet, but they want to,
"To approve an amendment to our articles of incorporation to increase the authorized number of shares of common stock from 50,000,000 to 100,000,0000, for general corporate purposes. "
That is humongous news to me. They must have some HUMONGOUS plans. How do you spell China, my hope anyway. We have almost double the shares from a year ago and double the stock price, positive dilution guided by 20% shareholder Continental grains who does not want a lower stock price.
