I have a question about ACS. I know if they don't pay 9M next year the cost increases by 1M each year. But what if in 2021 they don't want to buy the patent? Are we then paid back all the money ACS made off the patents the previous years? This deal doesn't make any sense. I feel like we get screwed if ACS back out.
