Do you trust Blank Rome knows what they are doing? I do. They wrote our process patents. They saved us from the corp. graveyard with the MSFT settlement. If they advise Mark to drop a case, settle or continue the fight so be it. I'm not a lawyer or paralegal. So like others have speculated without expertise in patent or business law.
Whatever happens is Mark's call based on their legal advice & I'm cool with that.
