just read little more about UB-421, I will try to do more next week ( if I still will feel motivated ..
)
CD4 inhibitor , Monoclonal antibody given by IV infusion , I cant see efficacy,
But some of side effects,
-Rash , 48% patients ..( very high )
-Hives ( to me it is allergic reaction )
-eosinophilia ( could be a serious problem )
-elevated liver enzyme ( could be liver problem )
