Kind of puts to shame all those posters who said the lawyers appearance on the OTC Prohibited Attorney List meant nothing because they had reviewed ONCI's financials BEFORE they appeared on the list.
When you appear on that list it's for things you did in the past BEORE you appear on the list. It's supposed to prevent them from doing some of the same things AFTER they appear on the list.
