I thought the significance of the test was that they know why some patients do and don't respond. I would think the FDA would prefer measured reason for dosing rather than just increasing it arbitrarily. Sometimes something that is just too good needs explanation beyond guessing its good so why question it. Either way, it seems there is nothing to worry about!
