Well , I never heard of this test in my life few weeks ago , and now to let my most important study to depend on it , is for me little problematic , this is why from the beginning I was questioning what they mean... I couldn't believe they planing to do that for every patient in pivotal mono and ajust dose of medicine depending on that....

I am not sure if they will have to do official study later , I honestly don,t think so , because if they do the study with 700 and they want to try 525 , it is a smaller dose so medicine will not be more dangerous ..

But at worse , if I need to do 100 or so patients for 6 or 12 months at the time when I am making few Bill a year , is IMO better than to endanger my study now ...

I am curious what will happen here because the more I think about it the less logical it is to me..

But they do know here more than I do , so at the end I will trust their decision.
