note the current *volume* on PTOI in relation to the 90 day *avgs*
reminder 10 day is far easier for NR to *work* vs the 90 day (that has been worked since 1.29.19)
signal issued @ mkt open was for a volume day of approx 100000 to 200000

Volume (10 day Average) 174,235
Volume (90 day Average) 87,963
