I don'now , but I will think pivotal mono should be 24 weeks since we are going threw Investigative phase 3 now , many patients and 48 weeks ..

But FDA will do what they want to do of course ,

I feel that even if it will take all new patients , but efficacy was significantly better with longer overlap of 3 weeks instead 1 week with investigative phase 3, we should do longer overlap.

We should not need more than 150 patients...
