Another very simple yet important, confidence building action he can take immediately is provide a normal Attorney Letter to remove that damning 'yield' sign... anything a CEO can do to conform to regulatory activity is ALWAYS a big plus and positive thing to promote shareholder confidence... not doing this is a big way to turn shareholders off, raise doubts and even further questions... especially WHY is this easy thing to do not being done???
