what investors need to remember is on4 communications is a holding company that is why they want to change the name to hexagon holding . cogosense is a subsidiary company that makes onci the parent company. onci pays for a business license and now onci has to pay for cogosense to have a business license . onci also has to pay those that work at congosense . etc. onci pays for operational cost of cogosense . but any way here is cogosense business license in canada
