When there was two week delay when the SEC needed more info, I remember Rory saying sometimes things happen for a reason and a blessing in disguise. I forget the words but along the same theme.
Was SC not in the first deal about to close and jump into the second?
or did one Tier 1 throw a curve ball at the last second to get a better deal and SC said, "I got this" and the institution was left out of the org deal?
Who knows (got to wait for the book), but Sound Concepts I suspect will be holding like Rory and everyone else.
