I was really hoping to see the Yield gone today, or at very least, the letter submitted. It still being there, IMO, sends a loud message to potential investors on how the business is being handled. It's my hope that the attorney letter appears tomorrow and Steve PRs on Monday. Some would argue that the Yield will make no difference but I don't share that opinion for the reason stated.
