Seems like this case may just be dropped no settlement but hopeful the other case vs Gemalto is settled to some extent because what was wrote yesterday in the pacer.
Also still active case vs SecureAuth.
Legal avenues definitely not dead but any average investor knows legal cases don't always make or break companies. Revenues do, if you make money your successful, if you dont, your bankrupt. Pretty damn simple.
