I would like to just voice my opinion about something I see that looks familiar. I was in a MJ stock that acquired another MJ company.
The deal was first reported in a LOI. The deal stated many conditions to be met for the deal to go through. One of those conditions was that share price had to be within a certain trade range for 30 days leading up to a binding agreement .
Ok here in my thoughts only.
If there was a party interested in acquiring shmp and the deal included a 30 day share range then MAYBE that would explain a few things.
One thing that would be explained is that no matter what , the price is not going below .18 . Today for example we had 1,110,715 shares sold and 394,105 bought. 4 times as many shares sold and we closed up.
For days now forces have been in play to keep the .18+
It is my opinion also that IF a company wanted to acquiring shmp it may be very possible it would want this to stay hush hush for a time period.
I mean this is a distributive stock , not a typical mj company of which there are to many.
Maybe this is all just fantasy thinking but It seems like something is going on with the .18 steel floor . Something big? I dont know.
I may be totally off the mark here of course, but then maybe not.
