Yesterday they sold 2.2M shares at 50c and gave 1.1M warrants at 50c (half warrant per share) for $1.1M dollars. Paulson got a 9% fee + 35k. But we are trading at 43-44c, selling shares at 50c. So someone wanting cydy to succeed participated in this placement in my opinion.
