One problem SFT has is it's infrastructure. Kay said in the recent interview that the DSS deal required them to make some changes (programming) to the product.
Problem is, SFT has but 3 employees that we know for sure. Mark, George and Ram. I've been to the HQ there were a couple other gentleman there, 2 with some programming chops. However, if this deal is big, and the others with Cyber ID and ACS coem to fruition they are going to need a lot more hands on deck. Sales, support, R&D, Operations, IT etc. Watch for new hires in the coming months!
