Hi! I use the Hempd gummies 50mg a day with very good results. My wife uses the Hempd gummies 25mg a day also with very good results. We drink the Hempd drinks and Eagle Spirit water daily. The drinks are all very good. The Eagle Spirit water (Spirit water) is one of the best. My wife also loves the salve for her hands when they are sore and stiff. We have tried all of the products and they have all worked well and taste great. We just have our favorites we use the most with very good results.
