if memory serves .. back in 2014 .. the K for 2013 wasn't filed until June .. and the Q that was due to be filed in May 2014 .. wasn't filed until July
as noted suspect it's the *cost* of the filing that has to be resolved ..
as noted the NT indicated *intent* to file ..
be interesting to see just how far out this goes .. time wise
if RH was a marketeer .. as the CEO of the Renewology (fka PK Clean) is
he'd tie the K and Shareholder Update to Earth Day ..
as for the useful idiots @ the SEC .. they are complicit .. incompetent or outright corrupt in aiding and abetting NR (non retail) against OTC targets
