Unfortunately, the news release isn't about stock price, stock trading, audits or uplist. Nothing else matters to penny traders and message board posters.
In my humble opinion Mr. Berman is doing exactly the right things in exactly the right ways. He should ignore the penny trader whines and threats. He already knows what the penny traders want.
