Greenie I can testify how good it works on plantar fasciitis! My wife had been suffering from this for a while, tried several different remedies with no relief. She used a regular loop on top and bottom of her foot for less than a week, pain completely gone. She would put both loops on at night, and then wore one on top during the day if her shoes allowed it.
