Revenue is lowered around $1.4 million.
Veneto’s revenues have been dropping at a significant rate. Look at 2018 as compared to 2017:

So if Veneto did around $25 mil during the final 6 months of their 2018 fiscal year (above), then the previous 6 months were closer to $50 mill in revenue. Because the Gnbt Sec filing from Dec says Veneto did approx $73-74 mill for the 12 months of the Veneto fiscal year:

And now we see less than $4 mill rev for Veneto’s first quarter as part of Gnbt.
