The Canouse notes are not due yet. I pretty sure that ONCI has 12 months before the notes convert because they are not an SEC filer.
We don't know for sure if the LG Capital appeal has been heard or decided. We do know that LG Capital was awarded a judgment for $54K that was appealed by ONCI in late 2018.
Unless there are other toxic notes that SB has conveniently forgot to disclose...
