1. How many warrants were/are actually available to trade/purchase?
6,389,776 warrants. One for every share bought during PO
2. They can still trade until they are exercised even over the strike price of $4.04 correct?
They can be traded up to expiration date of 03/14/2024
The strike price is 3.44 not 4.04.
3. Why offer the warrants at such a lower price? Should they have not been offered at 60-70$ of the Offering price?
Warrants are given FREE to those who bought shares from PO. So for them to exercise the warrants would cost them $3.44. Since they were free, sell now and get the Free money and lower the cost of PO shares. This is why some may say this warrants deal wasn't a good deal for VERB: The buyers get a even bigger discount and it add some dilution in the future.
3. Someone commented on the spread Bid/Ask. I don't think it really matter. When someone wants to sell they hit the bid they don't leave it on the ask and wait..
It does matter because it shows a stock that is not trading in an orderly manner which lead to manipulations as we are seeing now as the pps bounces around.
All above is IMO.
