As far as phones, my opinion is we only need one company to sell phones.
As far as SWS, an Investment Banker doesn't get involved with a company if there is no hope of a deal. Keer is not new to this kind of process. Also, Keer was involved with Ionics which sold to G.E for $44/share. So, my money is with Keer & SWS completing their deal and not BS from a board. Up to this point, there has been absolutely no proof to support that it will not happen. These kind of things may take a while since there will be some back-n-forth. I think you know that. White is supposed to announce our share distribution along with the cut-off date by the end of this week. At this point, phones or no phones, SWS is all that matters to me. The remain our best hope. Those SWS shares our savior to some extent. GLTA!
