The original vote still stands. As we know the shareholders voted in favour of proposal #2:
At this point there is no way that the company is going to announce another meeting date any time soon. If they were going to go that route, they would have adjourned the meeting to another date. They cancelled "due to the lack of a sufficient number of votes in favor of Proposal 1". I think the company will now regroup, consider another course of action, and if they are not squeezed for time, they will come up with another proposal for a vote at a later date that is much more palatable to shareholders.
