What I read is weaver commenting that Pharma Tech Solutions , Inc. is once again being mentioned with the major players in the blood glucose testing market.
Weaver's comment:
"Do these guys know what they are writing about or do we not know what the company is working on?"
is interpreted as meaning (from my reading) that he is amazed that Pharma Tech is being listed in the article, and he is wondering if there is not "something in the works" that shareholders do not know about.
This is the 2nd time Pharma Tech has been mentioned recently in an article like this, thus the "Oops! they did it again..."
How does this (to you) equate to "manipulating the company into implementing his own development plan." ?
