Maybe so. For what it's worth, I took "next shareholder conference call" to mean a conference call they intend to schedule (as they've done in the past).

I expect that call will happen prior to the shareholders' meeting on 5/22 so the company's position/reasoning is known prior to that time. We'll see.

I agree in that I expect price to head south in the absence of communication (and maybe even with communication).
