Well it reconfirms some of the things you brought back. We all see alot of negatives, and rightfully so, but they are entering phase 2 in 6 months. Why are they testing the tablet? RS stinks but if it happens I have to hope they'll get uplisted and solid institutional dollars will come in. Look at ACB. Revenue but not earthshaking, 1 billion shares and trading at $9.00. OWCP will have way less shares and institutions are future driven investors. They look for companies with a future and OWCP could fit that criteria. I'm still NO on the vote but it might happen so hopefully management has their ducks lined up.
