And btw, the last broker/bank that allowed buying and selling otc/pink penny stocks here has DECN on a restricted list for almost four weeks now. There is no bank here anymore allowing to trade penny stocks as an effect of their policies going on for years now.
Right now there is a whole bunch of People completely stuck and trapped with DECN stock.
This Problem wouldn't have occurred if the stock had been uplisted to a better segment like you promised for many years now.
