True, it does call into question DUO's ability to be a .... "Going concern", BUT, what I'm pointing out is that DUO's cost of sales is a lot more than StrikeForce's.

StrikeForce's #no Employees 16 + or - a couple
And while they (DUO) were purchased for 2.35 Billion, they were not making money and instead were losing a lot even with the revenue and sales they were boasting of.
