Absolutely No proof you were a recipient of this especially since anybody can copy & paste. And, Janice shell, your idol, recently said if that was even true, it would be illegal. A company can not disburse a dividend to just part of the shareholders, that would be illegal. Hence, that's probably why this transaction was never consummated. But, you probably already knew all that though. Also, I can guarantee you this, if I was owed Series-C shares from a company from 2013/2014, I wouldn't be crying on a board in 2019, unless of course, I was here misrepresenting the facts for the sole purpose of bashing a company as you continually do. Like I said, I believe you already knew the transaction would have been illegal if really true. Regardless, Absolutely no bearing on the here & now. Just another basher playing games for the sole purpose of taking advantage of unsuspecting shareholders due to the position we are presently in.
