highly doubt it's the complexity .. suspect it's the cost
regardless RH indicated intent by the filing of the NT
so all with interest .. should know .. shortly .. what will
be interesting to note is the *consistency* or lack there of
of actual P2O investors .. vs those play them via various SMBs
