Never get tired of you saying that only 58 companies managed to get uplisted to the NASDAQ in 2018!! Your point is well taken about the shorters playing the statistical averages by making out well if a large percentage of the 58 that they short go down, they still make lots of money despite losing on the smaller percent who's share price increase.
It is an amazing accomplishment getting to the NASDAQ from the OTC, the odds of finding a stock among all the ones on the OTC that manage to do that are extremely slim. I don't know the percentage but guess it has to be something like 0.005% or even less. I am not sure how many stocks are on the OTC it has to be at least tens of thousands. I know it has to be more than 10K so that would make it 0.0058% that make it to NASDAQ, but I am sure the percentage is even less.
