You need to do more DD IMO to understand the full worth of the Brilacidin platform. They could possibly get $150MM just for OM.
Be aware IBD is around a $30B/yr target and a good pill that can handle UC, Crohn's, and sigmoid colitis (pill won't handle sigmoid colitis, that will be a gel or foam most likely) plus probably a few other gut issues that has next to no side effects will bring in a ton of upfront cash IMO.
Most on this board aren't ready to settle for pennies on the dollar. That is why deals may take off slowly but as B gets better known they should pick up quickly.
