The 7.5 million shares of Coeptis is arbitrary at this point, because we don't know how many shares they will issue if and when they do an IPO, nor do they I would guess. We will have Board representation so as to have some say in how an IPO is structured, but there's no guarantee how much dilution we might see.

I think Freegriffs speculation of becoming Coeptis is as likely as anything at this point. As I've posted before, I think its looking more and more like we will end up merging with another company, whether its Coeptis or some other entity.
