If I properly understand the latest FDA guidance, all sorts of products that contain CBD can now be marketed with no interference from the Federal Govt. Many major stores will be selling CBD based products. Our products contain CBD, but they also contain THC, while legal in States where cannabis is legal, they don't have the same type of Federal acceptance.

While I believe it's still the company's plan to demonstrate some degree of efficacy before putting a product up for sale, if you visit any legal cannabis store you'll see unproven products that may very well compete with what we're developing.
