Analysis:

Only 33M shares available at the DTC.

That explains why $OTTV is so thin to the upside.

At the current rate of trading - 1.895M per day on April 12, all shares would change hands within 18 days.

Many of shares at the current basis upwards are held by the legacy pre-r/s share holders who - if they are smart - will buy more shares in the .2200 to .6000 range so that they have a greater number to trade with going forward. The sooner they buy, the more shares they can get for any given amount of $.

They can then convert those new shares to "free" by selling the pre-r/s cost basis shares once they have gone into a conservative profit.

That's exactly what those following my strategy for trading successfully through a r/s have been doing from the bottom up already.
