Most companies communicate via written words (emails and PRs). Some do conference calls (audio). Some do videos like VERB, but there is nothing like a close encounter of the 4th kind with a company like VERB

When you do the videos or meet shareholders in person, it's really putting yourself out there. It's not scripted. It's not planned. There are no do overs. The company could have easily just stuck to written communication, but chose to be leaders in shareholder communication.

Wish I could bottle that experience and share it with others here. I honestly had no expectations going to Vegas to meet the team. Hard to describe but there is a shift in reality when meeting in person, hearing the confidence and feeling their excitement. It's really something special.
