We licensed it and then dropped the ball in developing it.
Psychogenics sued us and we settled giving them 40% of Elto Pharma. Chan owns 10% too. We own the other 50%.
AMBS, psychogenics and Chan are selling elto to Coeptis for 7.5 million shares of Coeptis upfront and a possible additional 7.5 million sharesupon hitting predefined milestones.
We (AMBS) get either 3.75 million or 7.5 million of those shares of Coeptis (depending on whether milestones are hit).
