Yes and remember the sec had an issue before with cydy not updating material weaknesses for nine years, same every time. Michael has been busy, 29 filings this year, a couple every week. With the small staff, not everything is going to be updated in the 10Q. In an idea world, yes, but this is one of those items in my opinion that realistically it will not be updated, even if it is currently in discussion.
