Do what you have to, but do not get fixated on the ticker. I know it's easy to get glad when we see prices rise sharply, as in earlier this week. Elation is contagious. My $6000.00 drop today is not pretty. But I'm fine. Once upon a time, I'd be all nerves and second guessing (and too quick to pull the sell trigger).
News can make a difference, however, there is no guarantee that the next news release will take us to the stratosphere. The 10-Q? I don't foresee the coming correction as a "good news" item. What matters is that it be the FIRST bit of news we get, because great news will be deflated by this unfinished business of the audited 10-Q. So my eyes are more focused on the SEC Filings.
Embrace the long wait. Just outlast it.
