At $1 - I will pop the special bottle of wine that I bought !!
If all is revealed as we expect - we will not see a nickel or a dime - it will "gap up" to 50 cents merely based on the value of current Dr Dalton businesses. Then once we start to add all the new contracts and joint ventures and include the new entities into the conglomeration - the price soars past $1.
As the price cruises through $1 - big trading groups will jump on the train and with the float being "very locked" we can see a run to $5 before the price pulls back and settles down.
Then over time - the price will steadily climb back over $5
All my own opinion.
