IMHO a Government deal. I base this on adding four 60 day billing cycles (DOD, InfoReliance the contract manager, McAfee, ACS, SFOR) added to the 35 day shutdown. The total, since the start of the Federal FY (1 Oct.), puts initial payments from Federal Departments/Agencies falling at the end of the 2Q19 info cutoff of 6/30. Consequently, the initial tranche of Federal dollars should be reflected in the fins 8/14 by my calculations.
