Do we know for sure that to close a deal..
It could be done with current share structure????
or did they add shares (dilution) to close the deal...?

Do we know for sure ...is it 100 percent that deal will close? Is any thing in life guaranteed .
How many times in otc land are we told hold hold hold ...know what you own and things dont work out . Only were holding the bag?
