My guess (and my opinion) is that Rory will wait until "officially" on NASDAQ with the ringing of the bell this morning. It will most likely be rolled into the marketing once everyone is aware that VERB is a NASDAQ stock. What would make more impact, announcing a new NASDAQ stock which has acquired SC but the SP does not reflect it, or announcing a new NASDAQ stock then a separate PR afterwords of the newly acquired SC? More eyes will be on VERB after the ringing of the bell and NASDAQ visibility.

Again, just my opinion.
