As we don't know the exact details of the transaction, no one can answer with certainty.
I am fairly confident that the price was set before we actually moved to Nasdaq (around 3.15$ iirc) and that price evolution since then was NOT one of the elements that could affect the transaction.
In a way, investors did not care that we were worth 10$+ during the road show when AGP negotiated the PO. So it would only make sense they also do not take the early Nasdaq pps into account either. Of course, if they think they can have an even better deal, they will likely try to do it.
