Fujifilm Corp was named along with these retailers per Pacer docs Jan 15.
This was the beginning of Handal's "set #5" round of patent infringement suits. Since a PR has yet to be issued, following with past practices of sets 1 - 4 by Handal/EDIG, this means more filings to come naming additional OEM's along with retailers, many of which have been named multiple times. IMO, somewhere down the road Sony Corp of America will be on our list.
